How it works
We receive your order, forward it to the artist, who will pack and post the artwork to you. This process will take up to 7 days.
Returns
We accept returns if undamaged within 14 days of purchase. The buyer will need to cover the return postage. If you wish to return the artwork you've purchased, do let us know as soon as possible. We hold on to cash for the first 14 days in case something doesn't work out. After that we make the payment to the artist.
In Case of Damage
We ask all parties to make use of the Royal Mail compensation scheme in case of loss or damage, as our humble shop will not be able to cover the cost of artwork damaged in the post. For artwork valued at over £50, artists will send artwork via "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm", which includes up to £750 compensation for contents.
